Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Otdset is a company located in Stockholm, with our official mailing address at Hammarvägen 45, 17735 Järfälla.

2. Ordering

  • Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing all relevant details such as product information, prices, billing, and delivery addresses.
  • By making a purchase on our website, you agree to our terms and conditions.

    3. Right to Deny Purchase

    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us, for any reason, without the obligation to inform you of the cancellation or provide an explanation.
    • We may, at our sole discretion, impose limits on the quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders made through the same customer account, credit card, or billing and/or shipping address.
    • In the event of an order modification or cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of purchase.
    • We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

    By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and current information for all purchases made at our store. You further agree to promptly update your account details, including your email address, credit card information, and expiration dates, to ensure the smooth processing of your transactions and allow us to contact you as necessary.

4. Delivery

  • Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days, with domestic deliveries taking approximately 2-5 business days, and international deliveries ranging from 1-2 weeks. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday at the earliest.

  • During restock periods, processing and delivery times may be extended due to increased demand. In these instances, delivery could take up to twice the usual timeframe.

  • If you experience any delivery delays (and have not been notified of a longer delivery time), please reach out to us via Instagram @otdset for assistance.

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details, including your name, address, and other necessary information when placing an order on our website.

5. Prices

  • All prices listed in our store are in SEK and include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from suppliers, pricing errors, or inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information. Prices are considered final at the time of purchase.
  • We are not obligated to notify you of any price changes.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • Customers may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving the order. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the plastic packaging remains sealed and unopened. We carefully inspect the seal on all returned items and reserve the right to reject any return if the seal has been broken.

     

    7.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

    • To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at otdsetstoresweden@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your name, address, email address, order number, and details of the items you wish to return.

    • Products must be returned promptly, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your intention to withdraw.

    • You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and ensuring the products are in good condition upon return. Please make sure items are securely packaged and in their original, unopened packaging.

    • Orders with incorrect information returned to us will not be accepted as a valid return and will incur a fee of €15 to cover package and delivery costs.

7.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
  • Packages that are not collected from a postal agent are not eligible for the right of withdrawal and will be considered an invalid return. Customers are responsible for the full cost of unclaimed orders returned to us, and as such, no refund will be issued.

     

    8. Complaints and Claims

    • We carefully inspect all products before shipment. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at Otdsetstoresweden@gmail.com to report the issue. We are committed to resolving all complaints directly with our customers.

    • Complaints should be reported as soon as a defect is noticed. Please include your name, address, email address, order number, and a detailed description of the issue.

    • Once a customer submits a complaint and accepts the proposed resolution or compensation, they may not alter their decision or request further action, regardless of the circumstances surrounding the complaint.

    • Customers are responsible for returning the goods to us.

17. International Orders

  • Europe: For orders within Europe, we are not obligated to refund the order amount in the event of a return. However, we can offer a gift card for the amount the customer wishes to return. Shipping costs may vary based on the customer's location.

  • Outside Europe: For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs fees. It is the customer's responsibility to check the applicable customs fees before placing an order.

  • If a package shipped outside the EU is not picked up, it will not be considered a valid return, and we reserve the right not to issue any refunds, including for the shipping cost. The customer will be charged the full order amount, including shipping fees.
