2. Ordering
-Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all the details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery address.
-If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at otdsetstoresweden@gmail.com
3. Delivery
- Our standard delivery times are 2-5 business days domestic shipping, or 1-2 weeks foreign shipping. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday.

4. Prices
-All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT.
-We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.
5. Right of Withdrawal
-When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you receive an ordered item.
-The valid right of withdrawal starts from the moment you pick up your package.
5.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal and Return
-You must notify us of your withdrawal. The notification should be sent to us at otdsetstoresweden@gmail.com as soon as possible. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return applies to.
-You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification. You must email us and include the ordernumber in the message. You will then receive a confirmation from us before you can return the item. You must use the same mailing adress, name, last name and postaladress when you returning your package as on your original order.
-You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well packaged and in their original packaging (unopened).
-Regarding the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product in case of used, damaged products, and packaging costs.
5.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
-Products that have been sealed due to health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken by you.
-Packages not collected from a postal agent. You must therefore collect your package to return it. Unclaimed packages automatically returned to us are not covered by the right of withdrawal and are considered as an unvalid return. The customer is charged for the cost of the order in full.
6. Complaints and Claims
-We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect. We will compensate.
-You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
-Complaints should be made immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How to Proceed with a Complaint
-Any faults and defects should always be reported to otdsetstoresweden@gmail.com, stating your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.
-If we fail to remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will compensate you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
-We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In cases of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
7. Limitation of Liability
-We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
-We do not accept any responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control. These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or failed deliveries from suppliers, among others.
-Furthermore, we do not accept any responsibility for any changes to products/product characteristics made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

-We reserve the right to correct any errors on this website and to sell out products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately depict the products' exact appearance, as slight color variations may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
